Discover our collection of hats made in France from recycled wool. They are beautiful, warm and comfortable. You will love their generous rib knitting. Don't forget to wash them at 30° maximum. After each wash, the recycled wool softens and your hat will be increasingly soft, while maintaining optimal fit. Our wool comes from a French spinning mill and comes from upcycling: The wool we use to knit your socks comes from a collection of old sweaters, sorted by color and defibrated.
LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR RECYCLED WOOL HATS

Our range of bonnets is made near Roanne in France , in a manufacturing workshop specializing in knitwear for several generations. We are happy to always choose proximity and quality .

Why choose recycled wool?
At Royalties, we want to align our ideas with our actions. The recycling of raw materials , especially when they are noble, such as wool , is part of a virtuous circle which limits the waste of resources. The desire to transform , to give a second life and a new use to this natural material led us to the choice of recycled wool .

How is wool recycled?
We work with a spinning mill in the south of France . The recycled wool yarn comes from a process resulting from upcycling . Old wool sweaters are collected and sorted by color, which gives them that mottled look. Then they are defibrated, the wool is treated then reassembled into spools in the spinning mill's warehouses. It is from these spools of thread that we knit our socks .

How do I take care of my hat? This mid-thick hat is knitted in English rib with nice decreases. The result is a neat knitting, hemmed with a contrasting colored net . For optimum care, wash at 30° maximum, on the wool program. Do not hesitate to wash it regularly, wool is a natural fiber and recycled wool softens , while maintaining its hold, over time.
