These general terms and conditions of sale govern all of the relationships with TANDEM SARL, a private limited liability company with capital of € 11 111, which has its head office at 6 rue Villaret de Joyeuse, 75017 Paris, France, registered in the Paris Registry of Trade & Companies under N°491 101 887, VAT n° FR27 491 101 887, and customers of the www.royalties-paris.com site.

All orders placed on our site are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale.
Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges that he has read these general terms and conditions, and expressly declares that he accepts them in clicking the « Order validation » button.
TANDEM reserves the right to adapt or change these general terms and conditions at any time, with the version thereof applicable to any transaction being that which appears on line on the www.royalties-paris.com site at the time of the order.
Article 1 – The Customer
The Customer declares that he is a natural person at least 18 years of age and that he has the legal status or is the holder of a parental authority that authorizes him to place an order on the site. Upon the recording of his personal data in the « my account » rubric, the Customer must verify the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the data he provided for the carrying out of the service involved. In the event of an error in the recipient's identification data, TANDEM shall not be accountable for non-delivery of the product involved. TANDEM reserves the right to cancel any order when the Customer's IP address is domiciled in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
Article 2 – The Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the site. The products offered by TANDEM comply with the standards applicable in France.
TANDEM is particularly attentive to the display and description of its products in order to inform the Customer in the best possible way. However, insignificant errors may appear on the site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, if a product delivered to the Customer does not correspond to its description on the site, the Customer may either exercise his right of retraction or put TANDEM's conformity guarantee into play, with TANDEM then exchanging the product or refunding all or any part of the price thereof that might have been billed.
Article 3 – The Order
The placement of an order on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure implemented by TANDEM, which consists of a succession of various steps that the Customer must take in order to validate his order. The Customer may verify the detail and total price of his order, and correct any possible errors, before confirming and accepting his order. An order confirmed by the Customer is deemed to be a contract of sale and acceptance of all of the general terms and conditions of sale.
If, despite TANDEM's vigilance, products are unavailable, it will promptly inform the Customer thereof by email. The Customer may then cancel his order and be refunded the amounts he has already paid.
Under no circumstance shall TANDEM incur any liability for the definitive or temporary unavailability of products. Neither shall any such unavailability give the Customer the right to claim any indemnification or damages.
TANDEM reserves the right to refuse any order of a Customer with which there is a dispute or an incident related to the payment of a prior order, or which contravenes the provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale.
If that event, TANDEM will inform the Customer by email. If the Customer fails to correct the elements that are erroneous or contrary to these general terms and conditions of sale, TANDEM reserves the right to refuse to process the order.
TANDEM will send the Customer a confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, availability, quantity, etc.). To that end, the Customer expressly agrees to the use of his email address for confirmation of the content of his order by TANDEM. In any event, the invoices are issued upon delivery.
Article 4 – Prices and payment conditions
1. Price determination
The prices of products are stated in euros, all French taxes included, without the shipment costs. The total price of an order (all taxes and shipment included) is indicated in the basket.
TANDEM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without advance notice in the event of a change in taxes or economic data; however, the products are invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in effect upon registration of the order, subject to the products being available.
2. Payment conditions
The products must be entirely paid for in cash on the date of the actual order.
Payment for purchases is made by bank card on a secured server via the Paypal platform or by cheque.
The bank card data are encrypted with the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. The payment by bank card is made directly to the LCL bank. Tandem never has access to these data and does not retain them on its servers.
In that regard, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to TANDEM is deemed to be the authorization to debit his account up to the price of the ordered products.
When a payment is made by cheque, the order is shipped upon receipt thereof at the following address:

The cheque is made to the order of TANDEM SARL.
The data recorded and retained by TANDEM constitute proof of the order and all of the transactions that have been carried out. The data recorded by the payment system constitute proof of the financial transactions.
Article 5 - Delivery
TANDEM delivers its products throughout the world.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer, with it being specified that it must be the residential address of the Customer or any other natural person of his choice. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or postal boxes.
The scheduled delivery times are only indicative, based on the average time for processing and delivering products. TANDEM disclaims all liability for the consequences of a delay in delivery for reasons that are not imputable to it.
The Customer must ensure that he has transmitted accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as the street, building and stairway numbers, access codes, interphone names and/or numbers, etc.).
If parcels are damaged (already opened, items missing, etc.), the Customer commits to state all reservations to the carrier or TANDEM by any means within 3 days following receipt of the product.
TANDEM disclaims all liability for the consequences of a delay in shipment for reasons that are not imputable to it.
The Customer has 14 days within which to return his package. The return costs are charged to the Customer.

Article 6 - Right of retraction
The Customer has the right of retraction, which he may exercise without a need to show good cause, within fourteen (14) days following delivery of the order, by returning, at his expense, the new products in their original packaging, not worn or washed, along with the order number, at the following address:

TANDEM will refund sums the Customer has already paid, less the costs of shipment that may exist, under the conditions specified in article 7.
Article 7 - Refund
TANDEM will refund the payments made in the cases specified in articles 2 and 6 within 30 days after its receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made according to the mode of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of his order or through the issuing of a purchase voucher.
Article 8 - Applicable law
All orders automatically imply the Customer's acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts have jurisdiction. In the event of a difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the Customer may contact the Customer Service in order to reach an amicable solution by sending an email at email@example.com.
