What Data are collected upon the creation of a customer account and how are they used?

For all customers subscribing with the « Create an account»  function, we create a customer account – i.e. direct access to the basic data we have recorded, which is protected by a password (encrypted). In particular, you may consult the data regarding your past orders or those that are in progress or which you have recently sent, and you may manage your personal data and the newsletter.

You must indicate the following Data in order to create a customer account (mandatory Data):

You must only indicate your billing and delivery address if you place an order. To process your order, we need your name and address and your correct payment data. We need your email address to confirm receipt of your order and its shipment, and, more generally, to communicate with you. Also, we use your email address for your identification (as a connection identifier) when you connect to your customer account.

For what purposes are your Data used?

Your Data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Assurance of your identification.
  • Management of your orders and customer monitoring (e.g. the delivery and the management of complaints, after-sale service and disputes).
  • Sending of our newsletters if you have subscribed thereto, and our commercial proposals, so you are kept aware of the most appropriate offers on our Site.

Where are the servers of located?

The servers of the site are located only in France.
These servers contain our database that we need to operate our Site. Information regarding the customer accounts is stored therein.
These data enable you to find your past orders, and are eliminated only if you so request.
