ROYALTIES undertakes to ship orders within two working days following validation and depending on available stocks.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number for your order to be kept informed of the successful delivery of your package.

Strictly as an indication, delivery times vary between 24 hours and 72 hours for mainland France (from dispatch) and vary depending on the distance of the countries for international purposes.

FOR FRANCE:

For any order of less than €60 including tax, you can choose your price: by colissimo with signature or by letter followed.

• Colissimo with signature: €7.50
• Tracked Letter: €4.00

For all orders over €60 including tax, shipments are only made by Colissimo with signature at €7.50.

FOR EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES:

Delivery is by Colissimo with signature.

• Colissimo with signature: €12.00 excluding tax

FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION:

For delivery outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer, the products being invoiced excluding tax.

For the United Kingdom and Switzerland, shipments are only made by Colissimo with signature.

• Colissimo with signature: €20.00 excluding tax

Delivery to other non-EU countries is by Colissimo with signature.

• Colissimo with signature: €30.00 excluding tax

You have 15 days to return your package at your expense. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the order number to the following address:

You also have a right of withdrawal, which you can exercise without reason, within fifteen (15) clear days from delivery of the order.

The TANDEM Company will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in article 7.

Reimbursements for products will be made by the TANDEM Company within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt by it of said products. Reimbursement will be made according to the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order or by issuing a voucher.
